Architected AI-powered medical coding systems using LLM-driven agentic pipelines and distributed architectures to automate and scale clinical workflow automation.
Worked extensively with vector databases, embedding pipelines, and agentic workflow orchestration to power core AI capabilities.
Implemented end-to-end LLM telemetry across agentic pipelines, providing granular token usage, cost tracking, and latency visibility to drive optimization and debugging under production load.
Migrated legacy queue-based workflows to a backpressure-aware orchestration model on Temporal, enabling high-throughput medical chart processing with model rate-limit management, concurrency controls, retries, and failure recovery.

Re-architected core data ingestion pipeline, integrating multiple e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce), to reliably handle over 10 million orders per day.
Migrated the Neo4j database to MongoDB containing billions of nodes while ensuring zero downtime.
